Our Story
Our journey began with a passion for making a meaningful impact, starting in healthcare. I worked as a Revenue Cycle and Operations Manager, optimizing financial operations for healthcare providers. By streamlining processes from patient intake to final payment, I helped improve cash flow, enhance compliance, and ensure that providers could focus on delivering quality care. My mission was to create smoother, more efficient revenue cycles that benefited both patients and providers.

This drive for efficiency and impact led me to the nonprofit sector, where I now serve as the director of an organization dedicated to addressing food insecurity. We provide meals to school children, seniors, and the homeless, forging strategic alliances within the community to make a lasting difference. Through these efforts, we’ve tackled food insecurity head-on, increasing awareness and delivering over 250,000 meals to those who need them most.

But my purpose runs deeper than operations or community programs. I know what it’s like to feel stuck, silenced, and unsupported. From a young age, I faced challenges that could have defined me: betrayal, rejection, and instability. But I chose a different path. I leaned into self-respect, surrounded myself with people who believed in me, and invested in skills that would allow me to create freedom and opportunity. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping others do the same, especially in healthcare, where systems can be complex, and the people doing the work are often overlooked.

At the heart of all this work is a desire to improve lives, whether through healthcare or community service. I’m excited to share the strategies and insights that have helped shape my journey. By blending expertise in healthcare revenue management with a passion for service, my team and I aim to empower others to create real, lasting change.
