  • "Courses" specifically refer to the medical billing and revenue cycle management training programs offered through our platform.

By using our platform, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the following:

  • You confirm that you've read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service.

  • You agree to abide by the rules, restrictions, and conditions laid out in the ToS while using the platform.

  • You represent that you are at least 18 years old or, if you are younger, that you have the permission of a parent or guardian to use our platform.

3. Course Enrollment and Access

When you enroll in one of our courses, the following conditions apply:

  • Enrollment: Your ability to enroll is contingent on course availability and your completion of the required payment.

  • Access: After successful enrollment, you will have unlimited access to the course materials. There is no expiration date for course access, allowing you to learn at your own pace.

  • Usage: The course materials are provided for personal learning only and may not be used for commercial purposes, redistributed, or shared with others without permission.

 

4. Intellectual Property

Our platform contains original content protected by copyright laws:

  • All materials, including courses, videos, and written content, are the intellectual property of VanBuren Council for Human Services.

  • Users may access course materials for their personal use but may not reproduce, modify, or distribute them without obtaining prior written consent from us.

 

5. User Conduct

We expect all users to behave responsibly and respectfully on the platform:

  • Lawful Use: You agree to use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Respect for Intellectual Property: You must respect the intellectual property rights of the platform and other users.

  • Our platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. This means we cannot guarantee that the services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific needs.

To protect ourselves from excessive liability claims, this section establishes certain limitations:

  • We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages that may arise from using the platform, such as loss of profits or data.

  • The maximum liability we accept, should any issue arise, is limited to $ 1197, typically tied to the course enrollment fee or another relevant measure. 

 

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access if you violate these ToS:

  • Termination Rights: If you breach the ToS, we may suspend or terminate your account, remove your access to the courses, and revoke all licenses or rights granted to you.

  • Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all rights to access and use the platform immediately cease, including access to any purchased courses.

 

9. Governing Law

This section identifies which laws will apply if there is a legal dispute related to the use of the platform:

  • These ToS are governed by the laws of State of California, USA, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the legal requirements of that region

  • We reserve the right to update these ToS to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements.
