Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Proof of completion: To be eligible for a refund, users must show that they’ve made a good faith effort to engage with the course. This means:

    • Watching all video lessons: Users need to watch the entire course content before requesting a refund.

    • Completing all assigned coursework: Any assignments or tasks that are part of the course must be finished.

  • No certificate or final project materials accessed: If users have downloaded certificates of completion or final project materials, they are not eligible for a refund, as these actions indicate the user has already completed the course or received valuable resources.

 

2. Refund Process

Here’s how users can request and receive their refund:

  1. Submit a request via email: Users must email the support team to initiate the refund process.

  2. Include personal details and course name: To identify the user and the course they’re referring to, users need to provide their name, email address, and the specific course they enrolled in.

  3. Attach proof of completion: As part of the process, users must attach proof that they’ve engaged with the course, such as:

    • Screenshots showing completed lessons.

    • Certificates showing partial completion.

  4. Review and processing: The refund request is reviewed by the support team, and once approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. This ensures a timely response while allowing enough time for the company to verify the request.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel anytime: Users have the right to cancel their enrollment at any point.

  • Refunds within 14 days only: Even though you can cancel anytime, refunds are only granted within the 14-day guarantee period. This clause prevents users from trying to cancel and get refunds after they’ve already completed or benefited from the course.

 

4. Exceptions

This section outlines situations where users will not be granted a refund, ensuring that the business can protect itself from abuse:

  • No refunds for courses completed: If the user has finished the course and received all the knowledge and benefits, no refund will be issued.

  • Accessing certificates or final project materials: If the user has accessed or downloaded any official materials, such as certificates of completion or final project resources, it means they’ve gained full value from the course, and thus, a refund isn’t applicable.

  • Failure to provide proof of completion: If users do not provide evidence that they completed the required course components, their refund request will be denied. This ensures that only serious learners can request a refund.

 

5. Refund Amount

  • Full refund: If a user qualifies for a refund, they will receive the entire course enrollment fee back. No partial refunds or deductions will be made, reinforcing a straightforward and fair refund process.
